About Us

Christian Environmental Services is one of the largest Missouri based integrated solid waste services company that provides solid waste collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services in mostly secondary markets.

Our corporate strategy targets secondary and suburban markets that have strong demographic growth trends. We believe the solid waste service business is a local business managed by professionals living and working in the communities we serve. We strive to provide service excellence for those communities that place their trust in our company and are always dedicated to putting our customers first. We understand the markets, the philosophy and the unique needs of the customers we serve whether they are industry, commercial accounts, municipal jurisdictions or individual subscribers.

Background

The Company was founded in 1978 by Donald Cassady who had a passion for this industry. It has since grown to a fleet of 40 trucks serving Lincoln, Montgomery, St. Charles, St Louis, Pike, and Warren counties.

Customers

Our customers range from individual residential subscribers to city contracts and include industrial and commercial accounts, contracts with homeowners associations, apartment owners and mobile home operators. We have a market based strategy for serving our customers to provide the most cost effective solution depending on local regulations and solid waste management practices.

Customer Service

Customer Service is the heart of our company. We provide our customers the best possible service in a courteous, effective manner, showing respect for those we are fortunate to serve.

Our customer service reps primary responsibility is to address customer needs. When customers call Christian we strive to provide a live voice from our CSR team. Our goal is to answer questions and resolve issues on the spot. When calls need to be elevated to our operations team for additional information we are committed to resolving issues within 60 minutes or less.

But customer service does not stop here. Everyone at Christian Disposal understands the importance of taking care of our customers. The president, operations and drivers all play a role in exceeding customer requirements. You will find our drivers to be friendly and courteous and willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of our customers. They are all equipped with Nextel phones and are in constant communication with our office to address and resolve any issues that may arise during hours of operation.

Communication and education are key ingredients to building a solid partnership and reducing customer complaints. This is where you will find that we excel. Our core competency is to remove trash from your community and resolve issue directly with the customers that we serve. Our goal is to eliminate as much of this burden from the City Administration so that you can focus on your daily requirements. Customers can communicate with us via phone, fax, or e-mail but we will also push information out to them via our website, customized flyers and city newsletters. We are also investing in an auto dialer that will enable us to call your residents with friendly reminders. For example, when holiday schedules move service back one day we will proactively remind our customers of this change, thus eliminating confusion and reducing the number of calls to the City and CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES.
